I reached out to the owner because their listing was inaccurate. It read, “Ships from California. Shorter distances are gentler on the planet.” When I saw that my purchase was having delays in Turkey, I messaged them mentioning how transparency was important. They immediately went on defense and attack saying that if I had known it was coming from Turkey, I would have canceled my order. Your pillows are okay, but the lack of transparency, kindness in your response and inaccurate listings is what affects my future buying decisions. Great customer service is crucial, especially in this economy. I would not purchase from you in the future, nor would I recommend you to others. Keep it simple - be honest, be kind and your business will flourish.
